I haven’t actually sat down and done any analysis on my spending at this point but I can say that it does honestly linger in the back of my mind when I’m thinking about spending money. It’s like a little conscience that reminds me that while I can talk myself into this now, will I be able to justify it to my later self. Future me is kind of a dick to past me about money. So this little experiment seems to be getting present me to line all three of me up. At some point it’ll be nice to take a look at where all the money went and if I’m actually following the budget that I created for myself at one point. As for the photo-a-day idea I’m doing pretty well. I’ve only missed one or two days so far. I’ve randomly added a couple of them below.
