31 Days of Fitness – Check In

 

Just about halfway through the month I figured I’d post a quick update on my follow through so far. The schedule that I defined for myself had me going to the gym 7 times by the end of the first full week of January. One day into the into the second full week of January I’ve hit the treadmill 8 times and on pace so far.

13 more trips this month and so far I’ve maxed out at a mediocre 3.10 miles and a speed around 8:46 per mile, nothing special. By February I’ll be able to start ramping up the distance so that I can start getting ready for my 10-mile run in April.
